Al Laraa Metal Coating LLC serves Dubai and the wider UAE from our head office in Al Quoz Industrial Area 2, with production handled at our dedicated workshop in Ajman Industrial Area 1. We run our own in-house powder coating, painting and decorative finishing setup — from surface preparation through to final quality control — on aluminium, mild steel, galvanised iron and stainless steel.
From architectural railings and gates to automotive wheels and bespoke decorative pieces, every job moves through the same disciplined process so the finish is consistent, durable and true to the specified colour — every time.
We deliberately split sales and production: a Dubai-based head office keeps us close to our largest client base, while the Ajman workshop gives us the space and easy truck access a full coating line needs.
We also serve clients directly in Ajman and Sharjah from our Ajman workshop.

Oil, grease, rust, dirt and other contaminants are fully removed until the raw metal surface is completely clean and ready for coating.
Fine powder particles are electrostatically charged and sprayed onto the grounded component, wrapping evenly around every edge and surface.
Inside our 3m × 3m × 6m oven, heat melts the powder so it flows together and chemically bonds to the metal — forming a smooth, strong, durable coating.
The coated part exits the oven and cools gradually to room temperature, hardening into a smooth, glossy, fully durable surface.
Every component is inspected for uniformity, coating thickness, adhesion, colour consistency and surface finish before final approval.
